- Assist healthcare providers in delivering patient care
- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
- Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers
- Collect and prepare laboratory specimens
- Perform basic laboratory tests, such as urine dipsticks and blood glucose monitoring
- Perform electrocardiograms (EKGs)
- Assist with minor surgical procedures
- Remove sutures and change dressings
- Schedule patient appointments and manage patient records
```Experience```
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant or relevant healthcare experience
- Proficient in medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and coding
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols and techniques
- Familiarity with basic life support (BLS) procedures
- Strong patient service skills and ability to provide compassionate care
